The Donkeys
Here at Creative Donkeys, we've hired the best crew this side of the St. Clair. From snowboarders to weed experts (the legal kind of weed), the people here all bring something different and relevant to the company and our clients.

Jason Griffiths
Director of Client Services
At creative Donkeys, we like to do things a little differently ... take the career path of co-founder, Jason Griffiths. Jason received his Masters of Science, specializing in weed science—the invasive, headache of farmers worldwide type, not the munchies inducing type—from the University of Guelph and worked for multi-national chemical company BASF before moving into marketing communications. Jason has worked with a full portfolio of agricultural clients, Kawasaki recreational products, AT&T, London Life, along with numerous smaller businesses. His strength has been his dedication and commitment to learning the business of his clients.
Dan O’Shea
Creative Director
Creative Donkeys co-founder, Dan O’Shea, has been around this business for quite some time. He knows what cut-and-paste really means, remembers when a 10MB file was massive, Photoshop had no layers, and still owns his trusty, fully manual, Nikon FE1. Dan’s fingerprint can be found on most everything that leaves our office from strategies, to concepts, to designs … but he is happiest when he puts on his artist’s hat, grabs his tablet and starts to draw. He is also a diehard Leafs fan … but don’t hold that against him (we suspect he was dropped as a child).
Christa McCall
Production Manager
Christa joined us in 2006 as our company was growing leaps and bounds and required a new level of organization. Her planning, co-ordination and attention to detail ensure that services and goods are produced efficiently for clients. As a long time NFL (New England Patriots) fan, Christa’s life is, of course, centred around Superbowl Sunday. However, when she isn’t consumed by preparing for, or recovering from said event, she’s multitasking to the max, ensuring that projects are hitting milestones on time and on budget.
Dave Kramer
Art Director
Dave is human. He's also a wicked-awesome (by wicked-awesome, we mean sub-standard) guitar player with a rock and roll attitude. Dave began his career as a web designer, way back before Facebook, and when table layouts were still “cutting-edge.” He later made the transition to print-design where he perfected his layout and close-cropping skills. Since then, Dave, aka Miami (apparently he wore khakis and a white collared shirt one day), has used his powers of design for good as the Creative Donkeys Art Director.
Allison Kennedy Davies
Copywriter
Allison is still trying to figure out what she’ll be when she grows up. Luckily for us, while she’s been focused on solving that mystery, she’s already turned into an accomplished writer, editor and photographer. With a BA in English Literature from McGill University and a post-grad diploma in Photojournalism from Loyalist College, there is nothing Allison likes more than telling a good story. After working as our senior editor at Racer X Canada for four years, she now puts her pen and quill to work on any and all word-oriented projects that come our way. With a keen attention to detail, she makes sure all of our text, from web to print to video, is polished, on-target, and well ... perfect. She’s a new mom and a creative soul who loves to think outside the box.
Kim Dempsey
Chief Strategy Officer
Kim offers up two decades of experience in advertising. Her career which began in Toronto working in promotions, events and experiential marketing landed her here in London where she exercised her creative techniques and brand stewardship on blue chip accounts such Petro Canada Lubricants, BASF, Pfizer Animal Health and UWO. Kim enjoys packing passion into every marketing punch.
Amy Lee
Senior Graphic Designer
Creativity is a vital element in Amy’s life, and the opportunity to explore various creative avenues has always been essential to her career. She has been refining her design skills in the world of advertising since 2004, and has had a lifelong love of visual art and design. In 2006 and 2008, Amy taught typography and design courses at Fanshawe College. With experience of both teaching and working in the graphic design field, Amy complements the Creative Donkeys team with her well-rounded experience, and her dedicated and detail-oriented nature. She keeps her creativity flowing by learning new arts like stained glass, and finds that hiking and travelling are a wonderful means of creative inspiration.
